The service
Trysee generates AI images of you wearing clothing you select. Results are approximations: fit, colour and detail may differ from the real item. Do not rely on them for sizing decisions.
Passes and payments
- Each try-on uses one pass: one photo try-on, or one live session of 15 seconds. New installs receive a limited number of free passes.
- Passes are bought as one-time top-ups and are added to your account, so you can use them from any browser you sign in on. Passes do not expire while your account exists.
- You need an account (email and password) to buy passes. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- If a try-on fails on our side, the pass is returned automatically.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable; failed try-ons and payment problems are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Delivery is described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Contact us if something went wrong.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Trysee only with your own image, or with the clear permission of the person shown. You must not use it to:
- impersonate, harass, or create misleading images of any person;
- create sexual, nude, or otherwise harmful content, or content involving minors;
- infringe others' rights, or bypass limits, abuse free passes, or overload the service;
- reverse-engineer the service or resell access.
We may suspend access for violations.
Your content
You keep the rights to your images. You grant us and our AI provider the limited right to process them solely to produce your result. See the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" and may be unavailable or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
