Digital product, no shipping

Trysee sells only digital goods: passes used inside the Trysee browser extension. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

How and when you receive your purchase

Passes are delivered electronically. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the passes are added to your Trysee account, usually within a few seconds. You can see your balance and your purchase history in the extension, under the account screen.

If your passes do not arrive

If your payment went through and the passes are not in your account within 30 minutes, email skandbuilds@gmail.com with your account email and payment reference. We will add the passes to your account, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
