Cancellation & Refund Policy
What you are buying
Trysee sells passes, a digital credit used for virtual try-ons in the Trysee browser extension. One pass is one photo try-on or one 15-second live session. Passes are bought as one-time packs, are added to your account instantly, and never expire. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
No refunds
All purchases are final. Because passes are digital credits delivered to your account immediately, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on a pack once the payment has succeeded, whether or not the passes have been used. Please try the free pass before buying.
If a try-on fails
If a try-on fails on our side, the pass is returned to your account automatically. This is a credit back to your account, not a refund of money, and you do not need to contact us.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails but the money was debited from your account, or you were charged twice for the same order, the amount is reversed automatically to your original payment method by our payment partner (Razorpay) or your bank, usually within 5 to 7 business days. If it has not been reversed after that, email us with your payment reference and we will help trace it.
If you paid but did not receive your passes
Passes normally appear within seconds of payment. If they have not appeared within 30 minutes, email us with the email address of your Trysee account and your payment reference, and we will add the passes to your account.
